Residential persianas
Most homes on the coast have PVC or aluminium roller shutters, either manual (strap or crank) or electric. We repair the full system: strap and winder, axle and pulleys, slats, guides, end caps, motors, switches and remotes.
Commercial shutters
Shops, restaurants and garages often use heavier steel or aluminium shutters with springs or motors. These need specific parts and safe handling. We repair and service them, and can respond out of hours when a shutter will not open or close.
Why shutters fail here
Strong sun degrades PVC slats and straps, salt air corrodes guides and axles, and summer dust builds up in the guides. Many breakdowns can be prevented with a simple service: cleaning the guides, checking the strap and adjusting the motor limits.
